Who manages investment properties on Proptee?

Proptee is responsible for managing the entire investment portfolio. We work with local agents to manage the properties on behalf of Proptee. At the moment, we charge only a small management fee that our agents charge us. Typically, this is a fee of 10% of the monthly rent.

Who is servicing development loans listed on Proptee?

Each development loan is serviced and managed by a third-party entity shown on the property page in the app. Please check the Documents section on the listing page in the Proptee app for this specific informainformation.
