EUR and GBP deposits usually appear in your Proptee account within a few minutes.
When they don't, it's likely that you forgot to include the reference code. Proptee needs that code so it can automatically match the payment with your Proptee account.
This code is displayed to you on the bank details screen after you request a deposit.
If you forgot to include, no problem. Just message us and we'll manually match the deposit to your account. In the future, remember to include it so deposits appear in your account in just a few minutes!
